Let's determine your and your team members' DISC personality types
Introduce how to determine your and your team members' DISC personality types
👋 Hello, everyone! 👋
Today, I’d like to share something unrelated to development. A few months ago, my older brother (using the pseudonym “P’Tan Mycos”) shared some knowledge with me and my friends. I found it to be an interesting topic, and I want to share it with all of you.
DISC is one of the psychological theories used to identify characteristics, personality traits, and behaviors. It was developed by William Moulton Marston and can categorize people into four types: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Understanding the DISC model can help us know ourselves and our team members better.
Let’s start by taking a 10-question quiz to determine our DISC personality types. Once you complete it, you can see the description of your personality.
